The service department was amazing as always. I came in for an oil change, and they found some issues that would have ruined my day for sure. I appreciated the fact that they put three guys on my repairs to get me on the road to home before the shop closed for the night. They also do their best to save me money where they can while still providing me with quality products. They aren’t just there to make a buck and repair unnecessary things. Their staff is not just professional, they show how much they care also by the way they treat their customers. Thanks again!

I traveled from Missouri, when we arrived at our destination I noticed I had a small oil leak ( we had the oil changed before our trip). I called GMC and told them my problem, they had me come in immediately and determined the oil filter had a bad seal. They changed the oil and did a thorough inspection of my PU. They were extremely helpful.

The Service "master" remembered me from my first visit when I left the Buick dealership Service. I had skipped lunch, had no appointment, but was worked in for needed oil change...AND they even popped corn to feed me! Car was washed and I was escorted carefully to it by the 'master'. Very simple, I arrived and was greeted by a service representative. He was courteous, listened to my concerns and got Jimmy checked in. It’s a 2018 GMC that needed an oil change, tires rotated and all of the filters changed because of the type of driving we do running around Montana. Patrick did have to come and get me because of my forgetfulness about the lug nuts key. Once the tech got it, everything was completed within a reasonable time. Afterwards, Patrick quickly got us on our way. There’s one gentleman that explains things in such a way you understand what is going on, why there may be a delay, and why they couldn’t wash the truck because I forgot about removing the antenna on top of the cab. I had only a very minor issue. The tech forgot to reset the ‘oil filter management system. Jimmy & I will be back..

My wife brought the truck in to be service. She had our two little ones with her and needed a ride to another appointment. The dealership provided her with a ride to and from the appointment and got her where she needed to be on time. After leaving my appointment, I ran a few local errands and returned home. The next morning, I had business plans to travel out of town with this vehicle. Upon checking my vehicle's oil level, I found that the dipstick had nothing on it. I called the dealership, and they sent a technician over who added 2 quarts of oil on top of the half quart I added.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Starting with Cierra, the wonderful lady who scheduled, and checked me in for my appointment. Me, coming from out of state. I have had very bad experiences and bad customer service where I lived before. Cierra, was very friendly, helpful, and excellent at her job. Filled survey out and posted on facebook. Overall service was rated excellent. Patrick did a great job. Had a problem with repairs and it was handled by the service manager, Ray. As I stated in me face book review. The problem could have been handled at the service writer level. Wasn't that much money, less than $100, but had to involved the service manager for approval. Suggestion: Let your service writer make those decisions, it's called delegation. Let the service writer make those decisions when the cost is less than, say $200, or whatever number you set, and do it on a trial basis. It will save time and money, also better customer service. Micromanagement is not a good thing in the customer service business. Giving the service writers that authority, would give them a since of trust and a real feeling of being a part of a team for your business. Just a suggestion....

JW, Cierra, Cody and Patrick are fantastic advisors. I’m not happy that when I tell my advisor what the issue is or tell them what information is coming from the GMC app. I get charged a diagnostic fee when I have GMC of Billings perform the work. I do not drop off the vehicle and ask them to find a problem. I’ll have Denny Menholt or G&J Diesel perform the work from now on. When I have one of these other high end shops perform the work I'm not charged a diagnostic fee. I would charge as well if I diagnosed the issue and someone went somewhere else or did it themselves. I scheduled the work with GMC of Billings and paid for the parts to be installed. So in my opinion I shouldn’t have to pay for a diagnostic fee especially when I told them of the issue.

Took my vehicle in which is still under warranty to get 3 things looked at and taken care of. They called me back to let me know what was wrong but it wasn't enough to be fixed. They did find there was stuff wrong but wouldn't fix it. Then when I went to pick it up the paperwork was completely different then what I was told on the phone. The manager was not the nicest to deal with either. I know my vehicle and how it should drive and appreciate if they wouldn't talk to me like I'm an idiot. Not sure I will ever be back.

I was able to get my truck in very quick for an oil change, transmission flush/filter replacement, and tire rotation. It was brought to my attention that my rear break pads needing replacing and I decided to do the front as well in order to avoid additional appointments during my busy season. The service crew kept me updated on time, cost and prognosis. I was able to quickly get a GMC provided shuttle after dropping off my truck. They did a great job in taking care of me and making sure my Sierra is running in its best shape.

My truck broke down Saturday afternoon. I immediately took it into GMC as it was no longer gonna be drivable. The service department was closed at two, but they still had techs and a Service writer Jonah. Jonah immediately got on my truck ran the codes and determined it to be an issue with my transmission. We pulled it into the shop and that afternoon a tech went through it and they found the cause the parts were ordered and I had my truck back by Tuesday afternoon. I didn’t make an appointment. I just took my truck to them and they treated my truck like it was the most important truck there. They were super awesome very timely and very respectable. I definitely would recommend them to anybody.

I traveled from Missouri, when we arrived at our destination I noticed I had a small oil leak ( we had the oil changed before our trip). I called GMC and told them my problem, they had me come in immediately and determined the oil filter had a bad seal. They changed the oil and did a thorough inspection of my PU. They were extremely helpful.

The oil change was fine, but they never told my husband that they could not find the key for the tires and that they did not rotate the tires. The key was in the center storage, but regardless, he was never told. I would also like to know how they got a good reading on the rotors and pads that need to be replaced with the tires still one. Mostly my complaint is the fact that they did not communicate.

Absolutely disgusting attempted rape! $250 diag per line item, should have turned me around there. 2 issues-fuel and check rear shocks(actually just tell me a price- I knew they were going out).Diag takes place and they found a kinked fuel line. replace kinked fuel line is gonna be $1100-1200. Part is $158. so $1000 labor to replace the line. took me 10 minutes to unkink and that wasn't the issue. So was the line even kinked or did it get kinked and then try to sell me $22000 worth of work. Most of which was crap made up. Some items I have replaced within the last month. Every item they tried to sell me was over $2000. Apparently, you don't go by the labor time there. Just make up whatever you need on each job. I see why mechanics were standing around and they could get my car right in. Come on Soares, can't be that greedy!

I was expecting it to take a couple days to get in to get my service done on my 2016 GMC 3500 Denali. I called at 3 and they had me in the shop at 4pm. Changed my oil and found that my engine air filter needed to be replaced they talked to me about it and then had plans to get it replaced in the morning! Went there at 830 am and was back on the road at 845 . Excellent job by all !

The absolute worst service of any dealer, ever. Had an 8am appointment, was in the dealer talking with them about a new Yukon for 2 hours or so and when I was ready to go they still had not touched my truck. This was after they said about two hours to get it done. So I took a courtesy shuttle home because I did not have a ride. Finally got my truck back at 2 just in time to get my kids.
