BILLINGS, MT | 2021 GMC 2500HD SierraJune 1, 2023Joe in the service center was very customer focused and did his best to get my car fixed and communicate with me. However, he has no back-office support. The parts department was a joke. They could not find or provide me the correct part numbers, then when I provided them the part #'s their pricing was 2x to 3x what GMC's website said it should cost. The technician who repaired my vehicle was "new", so I was told. He did an okay job, but it took an extra day to get the repairs finished.Response from Cadillac of Billings
